NPL element

PromptLingo reference ↗

You write each mode as a child element. The main mode is marked so the reader knows which lens leads. This element only shows information; it changes nothing.

Lists the thinking styles an agent uses, one chip per style. You write each mode as a child element. The main mode is marked so the reader knows which lens leads. This element only shows information; it changes nothing. Resolved in either authoring spelling (`data-primary` wins, conventions §2). Declares this the primary lens; marks the rendered chips (`npl-mode-chip-primary`) and mirrors to `data-primary` after parse — an authored `data-primary` is never clobbered by the default. per the global attribute catalog (conventions.md §2) per the global attribute catalog (conventions.md §2) per the global attribute catalog (conventions.md §2)

Children

  • <mode>`type`: `string` — required. The lens name; the chip's label. A `mode` without `type` is skipped.

2 <mode type="planner"></mode>
3 <mode type="executing"></mode>
4 </npl-mode>

variant: default (no primary mark)

Without `primary` the same chips render unmarked — the declaration lists an agent's lenses; `primary` flags the lens set the agent leads with. Class-form authors spell the mark `data-primary` (`<npl-mode data-primary>` renders identically).
